Elder Scrolls Lore
“A rather sensitive situation brewing, and I need someone I can trust… a disgruntled, and possibly deranged, scribe of mine wrote a biography of me which my worst enemy would call cruel… it was wisely suppressed and its author executed… One chapter of the book has been purchased by the orcs of Orsinium… I need it removed.”
-Barenziah, First Queen of Morrowind, TES2 Daggerfall
I really enjoyed Barenziah’s Biographies and couldn’t get enough of the Dark Elf Princesses adventures. I don’t want to talk too much about her story, as It’s quite enjoyable and I’d never want to spoil it. Barenziah’s first in-game appearance was in Daggerfall, where she is originally shown with human eyes & skintone, which was later changed to fit the lore in the Andyfall update. I’ve based my outfit off this look, with a flowing blue & gold dress and red jewelled circlet.

“Ka Po’ Tun is the “Tiger-Dragon’s Empire”. The cat-folk here are ruled by the divine Tosh Raka, the Tiger-Dragon. They are now a very great empire, stronger than Tsaesci.”
– The Mysterious Akavir
Kahjiit of Tamriel are usually only known to be thieving, moon worshipping skooma addicts, however in Akavir they are one of the fiercest warrior races on the entire continent.
The Ka Po’Tun are a tiger-like race of Khajiit who worship dragons. While they’re not a playable race, it’s quite easy to replicate one in character creation by making a Khajiit with Tiger stripes.
Every once in a while I’m lucky enough to come across a well dressed citizen of Tamriel. Over the weekend, I ran into this wonderful Khajiit named Ka’to San’jir, who was nice enough to let me take some screenshots of her Akavir armour.
I’ve always had trouble creating Khajiits & Argonians and this amazing costume has completely inspired me. An item I never thought I’d be interested in -The Pact Battle Crest hairstyle – suits this outfit so well I’m considering purchasing it for myself.

“Today the Mage shall light your way on the paths of glory.“
The Mage Constellation which affects Magicka and shown as a Wizard holding a staff. I truly enjoy creating celestial-like outfits- using dyes like Lamae & Moonstone White while taking screenshots up at the stars. I got the Brilliance Brocade Robes from the Crown Crates and wasn’t sure what to do with it, so ust began playing around with it at the dye station.

“The Daedric Princess Nocturnal stepped out of the pit of uncolor.
She stood in the center of the circle, the tree of pallid crows her throne, aloof, as the witches continued their chanting…
…she smiled at their song. It spoke of her mystery, of veiled beauty, of eternal shadows and a divine future when the sun burns no more.”
– Chapter Two, Purloined Shadows
Nocturnal is the Daedric Princess of the Night & Darkness. She has a large list of titles, including Night Mistress, Mistress of Shadows, the Unfathomable, Empress of Murk, Daughter of Twilight, Mistress of Mystery, Saint of Suspicion & more. She is often accompanied by talking Ravens & is the creator of the Daedric Artifact- the Skeleton Key, which has the power to unlock any lock.
The Glenmoril Witches Robe is perfect for the Daedric Princess of Night, dyed Noxophilic Black, as it’s hard to find tops that don’t have skin-tight sleeves. The feathered neck reminds one of the Ravens that would accompany Nocturnal & plunging necklace & hood also resemble her clothing in Skyrim. I decided to make her a Vampire, to compliment her association with the Night and to give her the most pale skin.
While the Aurbic Eye is too vibrant and unsymettrical for my own liking, it gives Vampire skin a darker lip colour & the eye makeup is almost invisible under a hood. I prefer her with the Oracle Eyes than the Vampiric Red, which in my opinion, can be a little difficult to look at in the later stages of Vampirism.

“The stars have eyes. They are watching. The stars have eyes. They are watching. The stars have eyes. They are watching. The stars have eyes.”
-Note found in Craglorn, Unknown Author
Starting out in Craglorn was one of the most exciting & beautiful ESO moments for me so far! Celestials are the constellations, in previous Elder Scrolls games you could choose your own Birthsign, though we don’t have anything like that in ESO that isn’t temporary.
I’ve always loved the Frost Mare, and since being lucky enough to win him from the Crown Crate, I’ve never really known how to match him with my characters. With this dress dyed Lamae White (Because every costume is better in Lamae White) he looks like he’s from the heavens and not from the freezer.
